Return / Complaint


You have the right to return the goods within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, on the basis of which we will pay you the full amount.

ATTENTION: in order to process the claim / return of the goods faster, we recommend sending it UNWORN and UNDAMAGED (just tried on), chemically untreated, WITHOUT PERFUME with the tags and labels intact.


How to proceed?

  • Pack the goods properly so that they are not damaged.
  • Attach to the goods a copy of the invoice that you received together with the goods and the completed FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT. You can download the form by clicking on this link: FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
  • Send the goods registered by post. The cheapest variation is to send the goods as a registered letter. Never send goods cash on delivery! It will not be taken over.
  • Send the goods to the address: Kallys s.r.o., Ľudová 26, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia
  • To the e-mail info@kallys.de, write the date of dispatch of the claimed goods and the variable symbol of the invoice, because the post office sometimes fails and this way we can quickly find out that something is missing.

The money will be returned to your bank account within 14 days at the latest.

The cost of returning/replacing goods is borne by the customer.

In case you will return your items damaged or used we reserve the right to reject the shipment and the items will be sent back at your expenses.
